Historically, women have always played a prominent role in society and be decision-makers. However, as per the global statistics, only 6% of women are working in leadership positions and this number further dipped recently.

While holding an Executive (and Virtual) Assistant role for many years I had an opportunity to work closely with multiple C-suite level executives all over the world. I realized that there are 5 main characteristics that are essential for these entrepreneurs’ success regardless of where they are located or in which industry they are working.

I’ve just read somewhere that becoming a CEO is like getting into your dream relationship. You either become the happiest person when it does work or the most bitter when it doesn’t.

Being a CEO is an exciting, but sometimes stressful and uncertain role. CEOs have to manage multiple tasks and perform them all with finesse.

How can you become a successful CEO when it comes to creating a success mindset?
